I paid off majority of my balances recently and I noticed a $59.00 charge on my $500 Orchard Bank account. When I reviewed the statement it was the account maintenance fee. I called and since I have excellent payments with them, they refunded the fee. I told them that I would close the account if the fee was not removed.
