Anyone notice on the prequalify site for Orchard Bank, it states a Cap One company... I am also getting a technical error when applying which is good cause I should still be in the garden!

The whole essence of "pre" is before a credit pull, they would have to state as such in terms or some sort of agree type box.

It's the way the inq is coded when cap1 took over, its a glitch.
