Wasn't sure if this goes in approvals, however i became eligible for product change as of yesterday.
Called the Sapphire number on the back of my CSP, confirmed that i was eligible for product change, and told the rep to do it. Requested the card to be expedited to me, so should be here in 1-2 days.
I just logged in, and it already shows up as CSR in my chase account. She said any charges i make to my CSP card after today, will be reflected as the CSR card.
I'm excited to take advantage of the new benefits and now 3x! Plus 5x on groceries for the rest of the month.
@MyFault Super Congrats on your product change to CSR!!!
Nice! It really is a quick and easy conversion and makes sense for most people that a CSP makes sense for.
I won't mention anything about your 7 Chase cards this time, but that was totally YourFault.
Congrats on the CSR upgrade @MyFault !
And welcome to the Sapphire Reserve!
It's a great card!

I noticed that too but he only has three so far. The others are "goal cards."
Unlike me ... who currently has six. Lol
I just did this last week myself and while I was grateful that they shipped it to me 2nd day air (which I didn't ask for, but hey I'll take it)--but what happened to the pretty box it used to come in? I've literally waited 4 years to finally get this card and they send it in a plain envelope? For 550 /yr and it's their "top tier" card? Even my Amex Gold came in a box....very disappointed.

I'm pretty sure they stopped sending them in boxes right around the same time they ran out of metal to make the cards 4 years ago. JP Morgan Reserve would be their top tier card; maybe they still come in boxes.
Did you get the annual fee reduction to $450 or did you have to pay the full $550?
