PCing TYP to Rewards+

Is it posssible to PC TYP to Rewards+? If yes, what are the advantages of PCing?

Rewards+ can be good if you make a lot of purchases under $5.

Personal spend: Amex Gold, Amex Schwab Plat., BofA PR+CCR(x2), Costco
Business use: Amex Bus. Plat., BBP, Lowes Amex AU, CFU AU
Perks: Delta Plat., United Explorer, IHG49, Hyatt, "Old SPG"
Mostly SD: Freedom Flex, Freedom, Arrival
Upgrade/Downgrade games: ED, BCE
SUB chasing: AA Platinum Select

You keep the age of the account and if the CC# doesn't change when doing it then you don't restart the clock for the TYP Rewards family.  24-month clock applies to getting new bonuses within the same family.

I think the card had to be at least a year old
