I don't know what to make of them.  applied and got an error message (last Thursday) and tried it again and still error messages.  I did the become a member & apply for the card in one application, after I punched in my CC# to deposit into savings and join the "whatever Organization"  I hit enter and got error code.  Just noticed there was a Eq pull from yesterday, hopefully approved but hopefully not more than one inquiry.

Although I could always cal to delete inquiry.

You can also apply on the phone.

You do not have to reside in PA to be a member of PSECU. You have to have a PA affiliation though, school/work/family member/ etc

I would recommend applying by phone. I had a problem when I tried to apply on their website. Kept getting an error. So I called and a very nice CSR helped me apply for membership as well as a credit card (which I was approved for a couple days later!!). Only 1 hard pull on EQ.

I joined today and was approved for an auto loan and their visa rewards credit card.  It wasn't an instant approval but it only took an hour for my status to be updated to 'approved'.  The applicaton said I could ask for up to $20K, I asked for $10K and was approved for $5K.  Fine with me!

I didn't have any issues with their website.  You might want to try using a different browser if you are still having problems.

Dang I just hit the 800 club but wanted to join PenFed so did! How hard will the hit be on my score you think?

just an inq BigDaddy, HP of course.  From what I have read/heard you can use that HP to also apply for a card, so you may as well use it since you are in the 800 club and will probably fall back out once the inq hits.

Your probably right, you know they have a few Platinum cards I like the cash back one that says 5% on gas? Sounds good to me, I wonder if I just apply online if it will automatically use my HP from my app! I only say that because I cant call. I'm still in Afghanistan.

e-mail them and while you are at it, ask them if their no foreign transaction fee includes transferring credit to goats, for some of the more rural villages
