PSECU Strange reporting?

I have had the PSL combo for a while now and never noticed that although it's a $10K/$10K ($20K combined), the Visa reports at a CL of $20K and the PSL reports at $20K also. That's almost like double the CL. WEird that I never noticed this before.

I never paid attention to the CL reporting of the combo before, that's pretty neat
