Yes the Psecu visa and the line of credit both report the limits . so if you get the combo and get 20k .. it reports 20k visa and 20k line of credit.

Is it one pull for both the VISA and LOC?

I just noticed on my EX that PSECU has been softng me every two months. Wondering if I should go for something with them.

Yes it is one pull.. Just when you app .. you have to select the combo instead of just one or the other.
