I received this email this evening, and I'm curious if anyone else was targeted:
I got this one a few weeks ago. I have enough credit with a couple cards with 0% APR for the next 7-8 months and I'm not a big spender so wasn't very appealing to me.

I got one where they say if you use it to buy something, but dont pay it off right away, you will have used a Paypal Credit

Interesting! I didn't even know they offered an incentive to open an account with them.
