I just logged into my acct after reading your post, it says the same thing for me.

I have not used my PayPal acct in prob 2 months, how long has it been since you have used yours?

I wonder if it has something to do with that?

I clicked on "View Card Details" and it says this.............

We're unable to process your request at this time.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties and unable to process your request at this time.

So they are probably having some trouble with their website.

I'm sure its just a glitch, it will be resolved soon.

I last used my PayPal Feb 26, 2011 to make a payment of 36.00 and have had a 0 bal ever since.
