I decided to add my Chase checking account so I could pay off my USBank credit card when needed. I added the info and it said successful. However, it never added the account to the eligible accounts list. So I figured I would add it again and got a processing error. I waited about 3 days now and it's still not showing. My only theory is I don't have a balance posted yet. Is there any tricks to getting an external checking account added?

If I remember correctly, they have to do the test deposit thing for confirmation....and then it will link after you verify the test deposits. It's been a while since I've done that and US Bank is S-L-O-W !
I just (seconds ago) added my Chase checking account. No test deposits, no issues.

Yep, I added my CU checking account with no issues as well.
Interesting. Just to be clear, to add the account I do:
1. Click Transfers & Payments > Pay My Account
2. Select the credit card I want to pay
3. Add or Delete External Accounts
4. Add a Payment Account
Then I entered my account and routing info.
