Paypal Credit Comenity to Synchrony

Checked out my credit report on Creditkarma today and noticed that Paypal credit is now being reported to all 3 bureaus.  I have been with Bill me Later since 2005.  Since that time it's gone from ? to Web Bank to Comenity and lastly to Synchrony.  Of course it's only reporting payment history since Synchrony took over. This was the only account I had that made it through my CH7.  I've used it extensively on eBay for large purchases not only for the "no interest" feature but also because of the fact of whatever I charged didn't affect my total utilization.  Guess the party is over.

You were lucky that it was not somehow discovered during the chapter 7, the existence of the debt would have given the lenders who were discharged legal standing to challenge the discharge of their debt. Unless you are saying that it had a 0 balance when filed but the revolving credit line just was not closed. If there was a balance owed when filed, not including it as debt was very risky. If it had a zero balance then there would not be the existing debt to require a letter to them as a creditor.

CK does show the original date the tradeline was opened as 2006.... I was wrong when I wrote 2005.  My payment history is reported only since May 2019.  I haven't kept track of my AoA so I'm not too sure if it changed when Synchrony started reporting this account.  But yes it definitely is a bonus.
