Which Mastercard are you referring to? If this is one of the credit cards from Synchrony, then the answer is no.
Synchony has NO mobile application that accomodates their PayPal cards.
PayPal has a mobile application, that lists very basic info, and a link to the Synchrony app.
What I did: Created a bookmark that opens the PayPal CC webpage, direct, after inputting the PayPal credentials.
Also: Since I have their debit, I charge everything to debit. That way, I can see my transactions on the main PayPal app. (Plus I get 3% back, mostly).
