Paypal Smart Connect converted to Extras MC?

I was reading that sometimes Paypal extends invitations for current Smart Connect customers to switch and upgrade to the Extras Mastercard. Was just wondering if anyone on the boards here had this happen to them? Also how long did you have the Smart Connect for before the invitation was offered? Credit Score? Etc?? Thanks

IME, I have only seen one or two individuals but that's been a very long time.   One individual on these forums even tried closing his PPSC account (thinking profile/scores had improved) and appled in the hopes of getting the PayPal Extras MC and ended up again with another PPSC account.  So, it's one of those YEMV situations.   The PPSC product, unlike their other retail card/co-branded programs, is one that rarely gets any invitations to upgrade to the PayPal Extras MC.

I've read that as well, but i havent seen any real life cases of that. I have a PPSC so i have hope that that will change some day soon, but not counting on it exactly...

That's me and i have learned my lesson, so please be warned that this could happen and not to try it.
