Paypal Smart Connect ever PC to a Credit Card?

Unfortunately, it very, very rarely happens.  So, as far as getting upgraded to PayPal Extras MC, not very common unlike other SYNCB retail cards that eventually get upgraded.  However, some folks value getting the PayPal Debit MC which can be linked to the Smart Connect access line and functions almost like a CC.

You can go with the linking to Pay Pal Debit but rewards arent the same which thinking about it 3xpoints on paypal is a plus also the offers/promotions sent..
