Thanks for this @Anonymous .
Not having an ON/OFF feature further reinforces that PF is a bit behind in its technology.
Last year I had four fraudulent charges on four different cards in a single week, never had one before.
Someone tried to buy flowers and hardware with Freedom, Delta Reserve used in Japan to buy pizza (like, really???), Cash+ had a pending charge for ATT (at least they got that part right), and AR had five $1.00 Uber holds.
All cards were replaced, I thought that was the end of it.
Several months later someone attempted a purchase on hideous website selling hats and hoodies.
US Bank declined the charge because new number for AR was used, but with the expiration date from replaced one.
During that time, "new" AR was used only via Samsung/Google pay, never swiped, never used online.
It got replaced again (right before the redesign, yay!) and it hasn't happened since.

Just want to check my records are up to date. The latest AR is 4378 6200 0213 2563, exp 07/24, code 834 right?

Oh, it better not be on stolennumbersforrealcheap.tv
That's offensive
Precious should be on stolentoptiermetal/gonnacostyou
Sorry this happened, CreditCuriosity. Unfortunately it can happen to anyone whether it's luck of the draw with random generation, being skimmed, or having a business that you have done business with in the past compromised.
As much as I have swiped over the past few decades, I've been lucky. It's been a number of years now, but Amex Gold was compromised twice. The first time was for four first class tickets (tens of thousands) on Lufthansa about 15 or 16 years ago; Amex approved the charges but called me to make sure it was me after the fact since it didn't seem like me at all back then (while it would have been more plausible in recent years, wrong alliance and you know I'd be using rewards). I was actually kind of flattered that they approved the charges back then. 😂 Then maybe 5 years ago they called me because someone purchased about $100 of Dominos Pizza somewhere in the Midwest minutes after I made a card-present purchase somewhere out in the suburbs of Boston. <sarcasm>I know I'm not one to sing the praises of Amex</sarcasm>, but I have been thoroughly impressed that after 20 years I have never had a false positive and they called me immediately the two times it did happen.
The only other time was summer 2019 and I think my CSR was skimmed and a duplicate card was made after using it in the Seaport. It hadn't been used for a few months at the time, but starting the day after I made that transaction it was used to the tune of 4 digits over the next few days for some large bar tabs, MBTA subway passes, gas stations, etc. in the Boston area. I caught those myself and Chase didn't, but I did finally get a declined transaction text right as I was getting ready to call them.
Sorry to hear this. I used to be a target of fraud until I stopped storing any of my cards online at places I do business with.
Ya my guess is probably stored on Target.com was most likely the likely suspect as believe back when I was getting some PS5's when they launched i put that card into target's website and had it stored for a quick purchase when alerted they were live.. Only real thing I can think of. I trust amazon pretty much as they have like 25 of my cards on their site good or bad, but never had them abused. Hopefully this is the last of it as mentioned was VERY small fraud, but fraud regardless just glad I caught it on time. Maybe tonight I will go through the joy of logging on all 30+ of my personal and business cards to double check nothing else fishy has happened.
Hey sorry @CreditCuriosity, I should've told ya earlier that I went shopping with the 💳 .
Joking aside, it's happened to me several times, but in all cases no issues as far as getting CCs replaced and whatnot. I, like you, had the CCs stored away so I know that somehow they played their sophisticated CC number lottery until mine said "yes ready for shopping". Minor inconvenience of course, especially if you have automatic subscriptions to some services, but thankfully your watchful eye caught it in time!

Thanks @Anonymous & @shmacckk
I never knew that was a "thing" ...getting them from Visa or registering on their site....I'll have to look into that
