So I have a PenFed rewards card with a 17.5K SL right now. The card has a pretty high balance, but I pay over the minimum each month and haven't really used it in a while. Credit Karma EQ score (which is the crappy Vantage Score 3.0) shows 736. Anyways... just wondering, to confirm what I've read before, if I were to call in and request a CLI, could I also use that same hard inquiry for additional cards (that I probably wouldn't really use)? I'm trying to increase my debt to SL ratio, but I honestly don't really need the extra credit right now.
Seems PenFed isn't doing CLI requests, at all, these days:

As it has already been pointed out, Penfed no longer supports customer initiated credit line increase. This has been the case for the past few months and a call to their customer service will confirm this info directly from the horse's mouth.

I'm stuck at $2,500 SL on my PCR. LMAO. SEVEN years old.
Yikes! I'm going to assume it's because of current economic conditions then... Bummer. Would've really liked to increase my limit so my utilization ratio would go down.
