If I click and accept the PLOC, will I get a hard inquiry? I was looking at my Equifax report and saw that Penfed had done a Promotional Inquiry so that made me look at my Penfed account online.
At one time it was a SP about three mounts ago a rep told me all pre approved are HP. I just called the other day and and asked before I took an offer and she looked and found out that it's a SP and I took the PLOC and still three day later no HP. Hope that helps.
