Are these collections still open? Have you disputed them as "not mine"? (just curious)

I just want to make this clear as I am not advocating NOT paying collections- trust me I want to pay them.
 
I have two open- and- very small MEDICAL collectiosn- one for 116 and the other for 148. Amex did accept me- but my scores were even higher than they show now- I took a 30 point hit on either EQ or EX-but I also opened another roughly the same time...
 
Mine were around 670, 680, and 650 when I was accepted by them.
