Possible to PC PRG to Skymiles?

Just read that the Amex Skymiles card with Delta offers first free bagage and other benefits that the PRG does not. But MR seems to be the same. Has anyone had luck PCing? Is this possible?

Charge to a revolver is probably not likely. I have tried doing a PC with the SkyMiles card and the PRG was not one of the options.

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Thanks guys.. just realized there are major differences between PRG and Skymiles. Seems the free baggage deal isn't as great after all.

I didn't realize that skymiles is a credit card. It sounded great when Delta airline was promoting it during a flight from LA to MPLS. Flight attendant passed out applications to everyone.
