Possible to have Arrival WMC and Arrival WEMC at same time?

Looked around on the interwebs for this and couldn't see anything.

Anyone know if Arrival WMC and WEMC are considered "same product"?

No AF Arrival and AF Arrival+ are separate products.

However, Arrival+ WMC and Arrival+ WEMC are considered the same product.

Barclays cards are highly churnable.

I have seen one report of someone opening a 2nd Arrival+ and getting the bonus. WMC/WEMC doesn't really matter as long as you get your 400 bucks.

We don't have a lot of data, as the product is relatively new (~1.5 years old, as I recall).
