PreApproved for Discover it Cash Back and Discover it Chrome

I have tried the prequal for a while and it never found anything for me.  I just tried this morning and it says "Congrats, you're pre-approved for these cards."  Select One Below.

Are these pretty solid?

I did their pre approval last month for sh*ts & giggles. The only thing on their website that came up was a secured card. They sent me something in the mail few days after saying I was prequalified for the IT. Against my better judgement I applied, instant denial no recon allowed.

Fast forward to this month, I'm preapproved on their site for not one but 2 cards both with solid APR. (IT cash back & chrome). strange seeing as nothing has changed in a month since my denial except my Ex & TU scores went up by 3 points & EQ went up 6points.

Mine shows a solid APR and not a range as well.  Decisions, decisions.

That should be solid. DW saw that and got approved 5X her first disco with a 0% period.

Well OP? Gonna take the plunge? I got 2 cards within 2 yrs after BK. Both iT's and 1 converted to Chrome. First card was 1200. Now over $18,000 in 3 yrs. Good Luck!

I'm still debating on it lol.  I only have 1 inq on TU and I was trying to keep it that way for now. Since I've been in the 700s, it's steadily climbing.  I know it's just 1 more....we'll see!

Disco isn’t always TU. They hit EQ for me. 

Don’t worry about inquiries. If you want a card, get the card. 

Individual inquiries don’t drop your score anyway, they get bundled. Two may not even be a penalty. People worry about inquiries too much. Out of everything that can bring down your score, inquiries are the lowest priority.

Now that I think about, all my reports are locked, except EX which I unlocked this morning and have not locked back yet.
