Problem with BOA site?

I can sign in to BOA site but can not access my CC info.  Anyone else having a problem with this?

Re: Problem with BOA site?

It was doing the same for me earlier. They must be working on the site, as I have seen a few post about this over the last 2 days. I wouldn't worry, unless there is a bill due. Then you may want to give them a call.

Re: Problem with BOA site?

I can tell my CL is still intact, since when I sign out, it has a Promo BT offer and in bold print stating my credit limit has been increased. (Yeah, 2 months ago!)

So, it should be ok.

Re: Problem with BOA site?

Something's going on with it. Yesterday, I was able to get in far enough to see my balance on my CC, and it doesn't show my last two payments. Today, on the log-in page, it gives me the choice between either my username or my daughter's. I keep choosing my own, but on the next screen, her SiteKey (the image) keeps coming up instead of mine.

eta: it finally let me in to my own account, and when I hit "view account options", it still shows the old balance, but has this:

Re: Problem with BOA site?

yesterday I noticed the BoA site was kind of slow and I couldn't access my Visa account.  Today the site is zippy and I can access my account, so maybe they were doing upgrades to the website

Re: Problem with BOA site?

It's working fine, but sluggishly, here. Other than the fact that those horrid nasty cads have taken away my pre-approved offers - although I know that's just because they've expired. Bah - I want new offers, even if I have no intention of applying for the things! The signing-in part (signing into my husband's account, I mean) works just fine, if a bit on the slow side.

Thats funny. I started in there to check when my good BT rate was up by looking at old statements. When I finished, I transfered some money to pay down on it, and when the confirmation page came up I accidently hit the back button. It gave me and error and then I couldn't view my CC stuff anymore. That was sometime yesterday early morning...

Hope I didn't cause this...
