Promo APR for existing AMEX cardholders?

I just got an offer from Amex to lower my APR from 14.5% to 9.99% for 12 billing cycles (this means months, right?).

Did anyone else get this? I've had my Gold Delta Skymiles card for 8 years and never received an offer like this. Was wondering how common it was.

We have a $30,000 CL on the card, but I only put about $10k through it each year, if that.

A month or so ago I got an offer on my BCP to take my interest rate from 17.99 to 6.99 for 12 months. I went ahead and signed up.

I received the same offer in the mail as well as email.   I'm waiting until the start of my next billing cycle to jump on it.

I got a 3.99% for 6 months blank check for Amex Travelocity (I know, not real Amex).

Cap One blank check for some % that I dont remember.

No real incentive for low balances that I keep on all cards.

Nope to all.

Real AMEX is currently at 0% for 15months.
