Do any...or both, of these cards give you Amex offers?
Wells Propel- Are you able to redeem the 30,000 as a statement credit for $300?
You don't get full Amex offers. You can access "third party" Amex offers, which are not as numerous as "regular" ones. There's no telling which ones will or will not be available. Basically I wouldn't rely on it as a perk of these cards, just a small bonus.
Wells Propel points are 1cpp for cash redemption so yes, 30,000 points is $300 statement credit.
Besides some amex offers, wells fargo card has a reliable, monthly replenished "earn more mall". Each month, there will be some in-store offers you can get at least 6% back (or 10% if you have visa sig and use the points for flight) on gift cards purchased from home depot, khols, cvs, etc.

+1
I agree they are similar to Amex offers but not as lucrative. They are called My Wells Fargo Deals and these are some of the offers that I have I have and haven't used yet

Amex pump through thousands of offers per year, vast majority are not useful neither.
There is a new development recently on well fargo deals, It now offers some of amex offers, and some non-amex offers (seems to be backed by same network for chase offers)

Thanks for the screen cap. I hope if I do get approved for this card, they'll be more useful offers for me.

My thoughts exactly. Although, this month had some useful ones for me though. (Olive Garden(x2), Shop Small, Chuck E Cheese, BP amaco, Insurance Bill, Home Improvement, MACY, Bloomingdale, Studio Movie Grill)
Even some others that are also useful(Starbucks, Best Buy, Sams Club(spend 5 get 5 AND spend 45 get 25), Boston Market, 200 Amex Gift Card, Spend 500 get 20(x3), receive, JCrew, POLO, Sling, Levis, PF Changs)
I really like the cable/utility/cellphone, Hulu, Netflix, Walmart, Uber, Lyft, Shop Small offers.
