If Schwab is successful in acquiring TD Ameritrade, does anyone know how the TD Ameritrade Visa will be handled? Replaced with another card from TD Bank, changed to AMEX with Schwab or just cancelled?
Thank you.
No clear although heard about rumor of schwab acquiring td ameritrade..Didn't even know they had a visa, just looked at it and seems to match up pretty closely being 1.5% with schwab investor card. Possibly be converted to amex? Investor card has better rates apr than the TD card though. Pure speculation
Why would it be converted to an AMEX though? Is Schwab not allowed to use other networks for credit cards? My Scwab HYCA debit is a Visa.
If TD is merged in to Schwab, then I will be a Schwab client.
Does the Schwab AMEX Platinum automatically link to your existing AMEX MR account? Even though technically co-branded to Schwab?
Does a Schwab Platinum show up in your standard AMEX Centurion Bank log in, or through Schwab's website somehow?

yes login through regular amex web site and your mr pool for scwab platinum would automically tie to your regular MR if this was to happen being the merger
