Purchasing a Eq/Tu report thru Myfico

is that a one time report or is it a subscribtion each month?anybody buy your reports off here?any good?how long does it take for them to refresh scores and activities?

A - Either or

B - A lot of us do and/or have the subscription ( I do)

 

C - I think they are a good value

 

D - Instantly

and you can see soft pulls?how accurate are the scores?

You can't see soft pulls, but once you get a report you can go to the CRA (via dispute) and see them there for some time.

 

The scores are accurate by definition for what they are.  The problem is that the TU one probably isn't worth it, as it is TU-98, which hardly any lenders use.

EQ is more useful, but some lenders use a more modern version.
