A - Either or
B - A lot of us do and/or have the subscription ( I do)
C - I think they are a good value
D - Instantly
and you can see soft pulls?how accurate are the scores?

You can't see soft pulls, but once you get a report you can go to the CRA (via dispute) and see them there for some time.
The scores are accurate by definition for what they are. The problem is that the TU one probably isn't worth it, as it is TU-98, which hardly any lenders use.
EQ is more useful, but some lenders use a more modern version.
