My 10th statement just cut andd they're being difficult about doing a PC.  I have only tried over chat so far.  They keep telling me that I have no offers avaliable.  I have a Venture thats 2 months old but won't convert the QS1.  Frustrating.

Exactly,  I think the best option is milking the QS 1 CLI  for 11 months and then combining it with a no AF card.

Yeah with capital one, it seems to be easier to just apply for the card you want, and then combine the limits on to the new card. I mean it can be done, you just have to go the EO route, if you want to avoid the 3 hard pulls.

Cap One requires that both cards be at least 6 months old before they can be combined.  Just takes time.
