QS1 CLI

I usually hit the button every few weeks and its always a denial.

Today I got offered $250 increase. Should I take it or not?

I currently have a zero balance.
My steps kick in October.

If I decline is there a likely chance I will get an offer for more than the $250?

Re: QS1 CLI

How is your usage? If it's low take it... sometimes declining it the next offer is lower...my last experience was lower now it's like a little lower still than when I first declined it but not as high as that original offer still during a whole month of checking for it to go up annd I have fairly good usage on mines.

Re: QS1 CLI

If they'll give you a CLI, maybe they're willing to PC it?

Paying an AF for 1.5% cash seems odd when you have a Double Cash.

Personal spend: Amex Gold, Amex Schwab Plat., BofA PR+CCR(x2), Costco
Business use: Amex Bus. Plat., BBP, Lowes Amex AU, CFU AU
Perks: Delta Plat., United Explorer, IHG49, Hyatt, "Old SPG"
Mostly SD: Freedom Flex, Freedom, Arrival
Upgrade/Downgrade games: ED, BCE
SUB chasing: AA Platinum Select

Re: QS1 CLI

My usage is very low.

I rarely use the card. Its mostly used for recurring payments that get immediately paid off.

I guess it doesn't make sense to turn it down if I don't use the card much

Re: QS1 CLI

This Quicksilver one was PC from a Platinum in February.

I tried to PC to a regular QS w/ no annual fee and was told no. I am going to try to PC again when this month is over.

Re: QS1 CLI

Your usage sounds like mines, everything at first was more everyday use and after the APR kicked in, I started using it for just recurring payments and in that year my CLI offers have gotten lower. I would take it for now and then put a little more spend through it and see what's offered in 6 more months
