QS1 not reporting?

I have a Platinum and Quicksilver One, both since January. But the QS1 is still not reporting to TU yet. Is this normal? Anything I can do about this?

TU definitely seems to be the slower of the three lol

Eventually it will report was that at end of January?  8-10 weeks normal.
