If I remember some posts in the past, you can do both at same time... go online and do it.

Yeah they let you request for both... but in my experience the first goes through without a hitch while the second goes into review. Good luck!

Does Citi HP for CLI's? I've heard mixed things.

You won't really know until after its done... if you qualify for a pre-approved increase it will ask whether you accept. If you don't, then you'll end up with a HP and either an increase or not.

Ah, I see. I'm going to wait and see if I get an auto CLI at 6 months (been using the card A LOT), if I don't I might try and request one.

So if I just hit the luv button, if I'm pre-approved, will it automatically just pop up and I accept it or do I have to enter anything? I'm scared to hit the button lol.

Re: QUESTION ABOUT CITI CLI'S

Thanks for the posts, I called citi this morning for my platinum select card for a cli since it was six months ago from my last cli asked for $1,400 and was granted also per rep without a hard pull as i I specifically asked about this last time as I was screwed with a hard pull when I used the online form six months ago,  I am going to try for another cli with my dividened card which will be six months old at the end of the month.

Would you mind saying how much your CL was before the $1400 CLI?

Congrats, btw!

Re: QUESTION ABOUT CITI CLI'S

Word to the wise: Don't request a CLI until you have absolutely surpassed your 6mos waiting period. I was accepted 8/6, and I asked for a CLI on the 3rd and I was denied because it hasn't been 6 mos. That was the only reason. It was a HP, which I was aware. They did give me an opportunity to cancel, but like a bone head, I did it anyway. lol

With citi's online cli form i feel it is very difficult to tell whether it will be a hard pull or not, which resulted with my request 6 months ago with a hard pull so for me personally I will not use the form and I am calling citi to ask if it will be a hard pull and hope the rep knows what this meansSmiley Wink Also there should be a backup recorded conversation if any problems should arise
