You can certainly request it again once the 2-3 week period to upload docs is up. However, as stated above, they'll likely ask for the bank statements again. That said, I've had a few different scenarios when the bank statement request period came to an end. In one case, I asked for slightly less a few days after upload period ended but still got the same request bank statements. I just let it expire and moved on. In another case( happened a few years ago), I waited until the period to upload ended, put some heavy spend and made a slightly smaller request a month later, albeit not much different and in that case, AMEX countered with a smaller CLI. I accepted it.

Thanks! I think I will let the request expire and then ask for $3k rather than $13k.  I don't really need the CLI, but you know, it'd be nice. If that gets approved, I will move $5k over from my Hilton to have $20k on each card.
