Question About Chase

Anyone know how long i should waite to apply for a chase credit card. I filed bankruptcy about 18 months ago and dd not file on any credit cards. my fico is now back up to over 700.I have not had any past business with chase.Looking for advice so that i am not wasting a hard pull.

Sign up at Chase Credit Journey for a free useless FAKO score.  That will eventually show you prequalifications.  Worked great for me and I was blacklisted by Chase for 10 years.

Definitely check for prequals now. I've been told they're especially sensitive to BK's, but not burning them in it is a good thing.

I would wait a minimum of two years post BK to apply. It is going to require you to call in and request a recon, just remember that I think the earliest post BK approval I have seen from Chase is around 3 years. Please let us know how it goes if you decide to app!

I don't think my experience is the norm, but I applied for Chase Disney 6 months post Ch 13 DC.  Chase was IIB.  They let me back in on recon.
