Question - Discover Card - Whats your limit

I'm on their site now drooloing over the beautiful purple Motiva card...now how dumb of reason is this to app! If I PIF this card, the benefits would be nice.

I read somewhere that unless you DONT pay your Motiva card in the 6th month (after 0% apr) you dont really get the "interest" back next month as credit..

so if you pif = motiva is useless?

Ofcourse not with the cashback rewards it offers - I think same as the More card!

Ok Fused, I looked up my inqs on all three reports during the month that I know that I app'd- checked all three and the only inq showing hard anywhere is TU.

Like I said- I know you'll get approved w/ your scores. As far as the limit- that would be their judgement call.

One thing to remember too is that month my new refi on the Heloc and LOC w/ CU reported too- which also may be why they issued at the lower end of limits- because not long after I got the Chase Freedom which started at 4K...

No pressure. Just thought you might want to know what they pulled- by the way- I live in KY right besides Ft. Knox. Don't know if they use diff. CB for diff. areas of the country.

I have read it's six on-time payments, rather I revolve or PIF.

oops 3.9% after 6months when you DONT pay right? And they credit you the interest..

Wow what a nice marketing scheme in ad it seeemed like every month you will get the interest you didnt get charged by having 'good payment history' as a reward

but its actually u must not pay and have it charged to get credit..

Well I'm doing a BT from all my store cards...lol!!  Not its 3.9 FOR 6 mos then whatever rate they tack on.  I'm sure I will beon the high end but I'm only using it for the BT
