Question For FNBO Cardholders....

I have an FNBO AMEX that started at $3500 back in April 2014 and with regular 4 to 6 mo. SP CLIs has gone up to $14K since then. The last payment I made on this acct. was back in Dec. and I zeroed out the balance. Back in April I had a 30 day late with Cap. One and it dropped my scores but since then they've almost fully recovered and I've received CLI's from AMEX and B of A. but FNBO now won't give me a SP increase nor have I gotten any BT offers on the AMEX. Do you think this is a result of the 30 day late--or non usage of the card so far this year--or maybe both? I recently started using it again to see if I can generate some kind of an offer. My EX score right now is 690. On a side note I also have a business Visa with a $6K limit with FNBO also.

The late as I never once used a Discover card I had with them for anything other than BT offers. Also possible you have hit the max they will go as far as your income is concerned its what limits my upside with them now.

Re: Question For FNBO Cardholders....

FNBO is a very conservative bank. I suggest giving them a call to inquire about what reason(s) contributed to your account CLD.

Re: Question For FNBO Cardholders....

@SOGGIE: They didn't CLD me--they just won't give me any more increases for the time being. I'm still at $14K with them. I guess there's the possibility I've reached my max with them-but with my income I would think it would be more than $20K...?

Sorry! I suggest giving them a call to inquire about what reason(s) contribute to your intelligibility for CLI.
