Question: United explorer Card by Chase

Got my United Explorer card by Chase in the mail yesterday. The package did not included any info about any bonus miles i.e. 30K or 50K or any other 'K'. How should i proceed to figure out whether i will get any bonus miles or not. I checked my online account but it does not have any info over there also. Further, my online account also does not indicate anything about my existing milage plus miles. However, my card does have my milage plus account number on it. Help please !!

They never include anything about the offer you applied under with the card or on the inline account. What offer did you apply under?

If you have questions what offer Chase thinks you applied for send them a secured message

I just send them a 'secured message' through my chase account onlin.e Lets see what they respond.

Don't you remember which offer you applied under? Anytime you apply for a credit card with any any bonus take a screenshot of the offer page so that you'll have it in case issues arise.

Got reply from chase: I will get 30K miles points if I use $1000 during the first three month plus 0% APR for the first year.

You got 0% APR for a year? That is not bad at all, depending on the credit limit that can be worth more than the bonus itself, Did you angle to see if they would come back with 50K + the 0%?

How is this United Explorer card with CLI?

Folks: Any idea how the CLI works on this Chase United Explorer Card. Is there an Auto CLI after a certain period of time i.e. 3 months, 6 months etc. I would like to use this card to build my milage points and use its perks.

Chase is iffy at best with auto CLI. No secret formula is really known. If you request a CLI, it will almost definitely be a hard pull.

i applied this card for my parents at the same time. my dad got 5000 and 12000 for my mom.

at the 6 month mark, my dad got auto CLI to 7500 n my mom got 15000. they just bumped her card another 800.
