I have a question about Capital One’s internal limit with regards to total credit lines vs. stated income. I don’t need specific numbers regarding your income or amount of credit lines, I’m just curious as to what your credit line percentage is in comparison to your stated income? For example, my “total” credit lines with Capital One equal 50% of my income, and I feel I have hit the ceiling here.
Has anyone managed to get their total credit lines (between all Capital One cards) higher than 50% of their income? If so (or if not) what is your percentage?
I'm at 50k in lines and only have around 75k in income....so 66%
28% here but comfortable with that until Venture is over 6 mos. old
Thanks Debit2Cash, it's good to know they can go higher than 50%... I guess some lenders stay way under 30% of income, so I'm definitely not complaining about what I have; I'm just curious how high Capital One's internal limit can go.
