I believe discover's limit is 2 products...So it's a possibility.

Yes you can but i don't see why you would want a chrome card when there is better imo

a friend of mine has the it card and wants the chrome for gas and resturants.

Yes as someone stated. You can have both the Discover it and The Discover Chrome. Its a Real Downgrade imo. but ooh well.

Or the Capital one QS which is 1.5% on everything and Cap 1 should be easier to get depending on your friends reports.
