Question about NFCU

Alright so I would love to become a member of NFCU but don't really have a straight forward connection to open an account.  So I am wondering if this works my dad's brother in law (his sisters husband) was military and I beleive my aunt was too but don't think she retired from military but anyways if they opened and account could then my dad open and account then could I open an account? Hopefully that is clear enough.   Or if my dad's long term girlfreind had a connection to open an account could he be added to it then would I beable to open one?

If direct relatives are members or eligible to become members then you can too.

Re: Question about NFCU

If your dad's relative retired from the military, or still receives military pay, that relative could join and sponsor your dad. If the relative simply served and was discharged without pay, it wouldn't work.

Re: Question about NFCU

If you join the navy they will sign you up in boot camp before they take out your wisdom teeth for no reason and put you in a gas chamber to make you puke.

Jk the family connections work but that's a lot of moving parts.

Lol. Well, the tear gas chamber is true I can attest. But while you're puking, just think of the great NFCU membership you're earning. Smiley Happy

Re: Question about NFCU

The CS gas wasn't that bad! I'm a CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) soldier. We have to do CS chamber more than usual. Lol
