Hey everyone. When you use chat to ask for a CLI on your card through Synch, is their first response always to direct you to the luv button? This has been my experience thus far, and I was wondering if it's the same for everyone.
Also, is there anything specific that you say to the agent?
I've chatted a couple times and haven't gotten that. Weird.
I always just say I'd like a credit limit increase. Exit and try to get a new representative?

For my Synch card I get told that I have to call in and ask for a CLI. There is no luv button for the CarCare One card apparently.

I think it depends on the agent. I've had a few that try to get me to utilize the luv button and a few that didn't even bother doing so. For the ones that did, I just asked them point blank if they could submit the request on my behalf and they did just so.
I've used their chat feature for my Walmart Credit Card. They bumped me up from $800 to $5,000.
amazon did the cli right away whereas sams said you need to click the button or call, yet when i asked if there was any way to do it by chat since we were already there they did it anyway

I always ask how they are, and ask them how to leave positive feedback. they always thank me and tell me I made their day!
