Question about Target MC upgrade

I just got another cli on my Target card from $2000 to $4000. My statement says congrats, etc but no mention of Mastercard upgrade. 

So, for all you folks that got the upgrade..... did your statement mention the upgrade or did you have to wait for the letter in the mail? 

I started out in 2013 with a $200 limit so I am kind of excited about a possible upgrade!!

You get 2 letters in the USmail. 

And it took at least 1.5 weeks for the letters to arrive. Online statement generated 6/9, letter dated 6/9, envelope printed with digital postage which was dated 6/15. So it took them 6 days to put the letter in an envelope and print the stamp...

Oh, and don't get too excited... My card will be upgraded... on August 12th.

I wonder when the new card will actually arrive.
