How long does it take for the app to reach decision?

Did you get a pending message or...?

Once you submit an app if approved its an instant approval. Otherwise it takes generally up to a week for pending apps that had to be manually reviewed. You, or the banker helping you, can call in 1-2 days after you submitted the app as well to ask for an update.

I app over the phone for Cash+ on Friday and it's still in process. Call and spoke with underwriter and they said the system is still working on it.

I applied in branch for Cash+ and the decision was instantaneous.

Then just give it a few days since it may require additional review/processing. I submitted mine at the branch with a banker and got approved the following day.

When I applied for cash+ in the branch I was told it had to undergo review. People in the branch told me to give it a day or two, and they helped me follow up with the underwriters the next day. Turned out they needed to verify my ID, which was weird since I already did the app in person at their branch, but I was approved the next day.

Just give it a couple days. If they are not busy or short-staffed due to the holidays, they are usually pretty quick

It took 2-3 days for each of mine.

When I applied in branch, it was an instant denial. It didn't really derail me for very long...

4 months later I had TWO Cash+ cards
