Mc can't PC to visa. You need a minimum of 3k to get the regular Quicksilver MasterCard. Though I already have the annual fee perma waived off my Quicksilver one card. My next steps are another cli and reduction of the apr, which can be done after some time and usage.
Right now, very little usage while I meet minimum spend for SimplyCash, which I told the reps about. So the plan is to knock them from the bottom of the barrel (which they sit at now) to at least mid barrel. I made it plain I did not want to apply for their prime products, hence will require manual review to change the sub prime to a prime. I know I need to hand some serious love to Chase and Cap One for some better terms, chase card apps in the future.
i went from a platinum master card to a qs1 in credit steps. then after a few years and increases up to 3000 i asked for a pc to venture but they gave me the venture one and waived the annual fee. on the other hand my bro had his card only 300 limit and pc to reg qicksilver he was late on his card once so he couldnt get a cli but he was still able to pc and didnt need a 3k line to do it. go on there now and do the chat feature and ask to pc. u should be good to go.

Hey all!
Question... I received a capital one platinum for $300 in October. After reading these forums I decided to hit the luv button last week and got and additional $500. Total $800. After the steps luv in April do you think I could recon a pc? If so to which product should I ask for? I already have the qs1 limit $500 in steps.
To echo what others have said, you should be able to PC the Platinum to another QS1, at least.
I just did this today, after wrapping up the steps on my Platinum in January (kind of kicking myself now for not trying it sooner.) They also waived the AF for me.
I will say, definitely open a chat session. Clicking the "modify features" section on the CapOne website always gave me a "no offers available at this time" message. I tried as recently as today. When chatting with the rep, he let me know right off I was eligible to PC. Why that is, I couldn't tell you, but just take it that the website is not the be all and end all to PC's. And the agents don't bite, I promise.
I figured I might as well go for broke and request a CLI, which the rep said I have "the option" to request online (note, not that I was "qualified" for one,) but that he couldn't do it for me manually. I hit the love button and got the standard 2 - 3 message. I'm not expecting much since I just got the steps CLI on the card, but hey, it's a soft pull. And I'm excited enough for the PC, so I wasn't going to push it.

No more QS1. Push for QS with 0 AF.

I'm not confident enough for that, yet! I've got a year for my scores to grow, my credit confidence to build, and then fight that fight!
