Question about getting back in after BK

I burned several big fish when I declared BK in 2012. How long should I wait before trying to get back in with them?

seems you are in with a number of good banks already!

Discover seems to forgive the fastest

chase is pretty much no until bk is gone

amex is 7+ years

bofa is at least 3 years from baddie but not sure if you burned them

and of course as always we see exceptions of some that get in much sooner and some that just never get back in.

any banks i didn't list that you wonder in paticular.

i filed for BK Nov 2013 and was discharged in Feb 2014.

Burned Cap 1 twice and both were included in the BK.

Since Feb, i have receieved 26k auto loan and 3 CC's all from Cap 1.

So there is hope!  Just depends on whether you are willing the chance to risk some HP's.

I'd like to get back in with BoA, Chase, Discover, and AmEx. Burned them all in BK....Cap One was burned too but they forgave 

NASA FCU, PenFed and USAA are also on my short list

id check pre-qual for discover now.

you can try amex every 6-12 months because as long as you are on the blacklist for the bk it won't pull credit when you apply it will just deny and then allow you to access the letter and it will say previous relationship or something instantly.
