I currently have the Wells Fargo Propel. If I were to have, say, the Active Cash as well, I would have two rewards accounts, correct? Can points from two Wells Fargo cards be pooled into one such as the case with Citi combining ThankYou Points accounts? ThankYou (pun intended) for the help!
From what I've seen they don't combine as a rewards program, but for redemption you can combine. (I just recently redeemed before a trip I took this month on both propel and active cash)

Thanks for the reply, @atst2000. I am unsure whether or not I understand what you mean by "they don't combine as a rewards program, but for redemption you can combine." Can you explain a bit more what you mean? Much appreciated.
Yes, you can combine them. I actually have both cards.
Go online to do it. Avoid the app.

Thank you for the post and screenshot, @NoMoreE46. From your screenshot, it looks like you can transfer points, but you cannot permanently combine the rewards accounts such as with ThankYou Points accounts. Am I correct about this?
Right, it appears that there is Not a method to permanently combine the rewards together. You have to manage them individually.
I think that there is an Automatic redemption option to do X when you hit a certain threshold.
