Hi, I logged into my Total Rewards account and once logged in, I got the preapproval pop up.
my question is, is this card any good and worth it ? Is it a HP ? What kind of SL does it usually give ?
I have a Express card with a $3k limit that will be 2 yrs old in March 2016.
EQ Fico is 771. No baddies .
i e seen folk willing to give their first born for this pop up so I'm trying to see if I'm missing anything
Okay so thank you for the info
I check occasionally for the pop-up and get it. Is'nt the card for me. I suppose it would be if i lived in vegas.

@Anonymous @ elim.
This card does have the ability for 0% balance transfers for 12-15 month periods which Total Rewards offers occasionally, and also can be eligible for an interest rate reduction every 6 months. I'll be calling them for my first interest rate reduction in January - called in December, and they said my account was eligible, but the system won't let them until you've had the card six full months.
Through progresive steps, this card can have the interest rate brought down to 13.9%. There are 3 interest rate tiers, and through positive usage and payments, you can request it be brought down one tier every 6 months (22.9%, 17.9%, 13.9%).
ddemari is correct in that the card can also begin at a high CL. My card is at $15,500 and I've only had it 5 months. I do not get popups since I have opted out, so it was a HP for me. With a 771 credit score, you should be eligible for a very high starting limit.

You may get a very high CL also as a SP at a casino in AC. $16k at 13.9% APR.
I'm not sure what to do with the card yet. I do have a trip planned for Vegas this year, so I guess I'll get to use it then.
