Only thing is we have a big balance to transfer from a high-interest card, & we'd like to pay off as much as possible w/a 0% int. BT card & transfer the rest to the navy card. Here's the question: is there any way to find out what the interest rate & CL would be before he applies, so we can know how high a transfer would be approved & figure out how much principle we'd be able to pay off at 0%?
