Same. I would never dream of needing to go over-the-limit at all but it's there in any event on my Barclays & Voice CC's too.
I am just curious how much they are willing to let me go over...
Ive never had Amex give me a problem and I have put some huge purchases on my amex plat... I kind of want to see what barclays is made of. I probably wont do anything as I have nothing I need to buy, but curious none-the less.

Varies on your spending patterns.
Conservatively, I'd say you're safe going up to 20% over your CL, In some extreme cases, they may allow 2X your CL and over.
Are these cards reporting the credit line? Curious because I just got approved for a Visa Signature, (Barclays), and it hasn't hit my reports yet.
Mine is reporting the credit limit, but it took them almost a month for it to hit my reports

Weird, Mine showed within a week of approval.

Good to hear. I've read a lot of discussion about these cards not reporting the CL which, of course, would paint an inaccurate utilization picture.

In the past, there was one major (BoA I think) who didn't report CL on Visa Sigs, but now all the big banks do

Mine showed on my report before I received the card. About 2 days after approval
