Hi guys, I'm relatively new to the forum but I have been reading other users post for some time now.
I recently ask BOA for a CLI but it is pending approval due to the fact that when this was my first CC ever and I had gotten it from having a guarantor. So I called the Backdoor number and the credit analyst told me that in order for it to go through I need my guarantor to call in with me to approve it. After the conversation I called in again and spoke to a senior analyst.. I ask her the same question on the verification and she told me that I can request the guarantor to be removed from my CC( student platinum visa) and get a CLI if I allow a HP from my CR's.
So I want to know if I should do it? Even though I think they did a hp already when I requested a CLI online. Will I be approve and have the guarantor removed?
Also some few info I have is that my most recent CS are 717-720. I have 4 inquires so far in my CR, one from the CLI for boa, one for chase freedom CC, one for Citibank CC( both were approved instantly) and one for being dumb and applying for a Chase sapphire(deny due to insufficient credit history prob cud I just got the Freedom and they want some history with it), anyways sorry for the long post but should I risk it and ask them to do a HP to remove my guarantor and get a CLI? Or will my recent CC app spree/approvals go against me?
Last thing is that since the BOA CC is my first CC ever i had it for 1.5years.
(I apply and got instant approval for the new CC last week)
