Re: Question on CC Approval (BoA)

Only way I can afford the house is because it is a foreclosure.  It sold for $270,000 03/05/2007 and I paid $155,000 for it.  Huge difference in just one year.

Yeah. I'm sniffing around and mr nice probably time things very well. I've been watching things very closely but it still looks like its going to be a mis for this blue collar single income household. I think another 6 months and there might be an outside chance.
MSN calls it Jingle Mail where people are not even filing BK, they are just putting there keys in the envelope instead of there mortgage payment. Still, when it bottoms out it will be out of my reach.
I've got property in Meadveiw and in rural south georgia. I will do just fine there 10 years from now (59.5) for under 100K and its a kinder place.
California, half of Florida, Scottsdale and Las Vegas have a lot of hurt to get over. Doesn't matter how the housing market de-values if the banks ain't'a loanin'.
