Question re: NFCU AR

Been with NFCU more than 4 months with a CashRewards card and I want to apply for a CLI. Since they will check my CR

   I'm wondering if I should be concerned about the AR also? I also want to apply for the Platinum card at this time. My utilization is 14% and always paid on time. SL is $14.2K. Internal score is 309

Looks like you will be good to go. Its possible you may get a cli and a new card. Id go for the cli on your first card first. If they decline then put in an app for your second card. Just my 2 cents Next AR, Jan 18

Thanks AJC, been reading these boards over a year but now that it's my turn to make a move I'm looking like a deer in the headlights! Jeesh. Ya think I should consider the Jan 18 AR?

I will defer to AverageJoe, but my advice would be to ask for the CLI about 5-6 days after the Jan 18 review.  You might as well let them have your latest data in hand if you want a favorable decision.
